Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve support that actually meets them where they are, not where they are supposed to be. Six years in, I hold both an LCSW and a Licensed Addiction Counselor credential, which reflects the range of what I see in my work. Trauma does not stay in one lane. It shows up in anxiety, in relationship patterns, in the exhaustion of managing everything quietly on your own, and in the ways people have learned to cope that once helped and no longer do.

Alongside my clinical practice, I work in a supervisory role with other clinicians, which has deepened how I think about what people actually need in a session and what gets in the way. I earned my MSW from MSU in 2020 and have spent the years since working with adults navigating trauma, stress, addiction, ADHD, anxiety, and the particular weight of being neurodivergent in a world that was not built with you in mind.

I offer EMDR for trauma processing, DBT for emotional regulation, and IFS, ACT, and somatic approaches depending on what the work calls for. My practice is fully telehealth and I am available most evenings and weekends. I can typically see new clients within 48 hours.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply trauma-informed. I work beneath the surface of what people present with, because that is usually where the actual change happens. I am neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming, and I create space where you do not have to mask, explain, or hold it all together before you can be seen.

I am honest without being harsh. I will notice patterns you might not see yet and bring them into the room gently. I use evidence-based methods and adapt them to the person, not a protocol. What I care most about is that our work builds something practical you can take into your actual life: not just insight, but steadiness.

I see adults individually. My availability is evenings and weekends, which works well for people managing full schedules who still want to make therapy a priority.

What you can expect from me

Outside of sessions, I supervise other therapists, which means I spend a lot of my professional life thinking about what good clinical work looks like and how to keep building it. That has made me a better practitioner. I am also working toward EMDR certification because I believe in continuing to grow in the skills I offer.

I work with a lot of people who are neurodivergent, queer, or navigating identities that do not always fit the mainstream therapeutic mold. If you have ever felt like you needed to explain yourself before therapy could really start, you do not have to do that here.

I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
