Great to meet you!

I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides compassionate, personalized care for adults. I help clients manage concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions through psychiatric evaluations and medication management. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your treatment. Together, we'll develop a plan that helps you work toward better mental health and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care starts with listening. I work closely with each client to understand their needs, answer questions, and create a treatment plan that fits their goals. My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout your care.

What you can expect from me

During your first visit, we'll talk about your concerns, symptoms, health history, and what you hope to achieve with treatment. I'll ask questions to better understand your needs and answer any questions you have. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan and discuss next steps so you leave with a clear understanding of your care.
