Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University. I believe therapy works best when it feels real, supportive, and collaborative, not clinical or intimidating. My goal is to create a space where individuals and couples can show up honestly and feel understood.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and feeling stuck despite doing “all the right things.” I also provide couples therapy and discernment therapy for partners who are feeling disconnected, at a crossroads, or unsure about the future of their relationship. My style is warm, grounded, and practical. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build insight, improve communication, regulate emotions, and make changes that align with their values.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe feeling more clear, confident, and emotionally steady as we work together, at a pace that feels supportive, not rushed. If you’re looking for a therapist who is present, honest, and deeply invested in your growth, whether individually or as a couple, I’d be honored to work with you.
