Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Dupe or for ease, my middle name is Esther. I am Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over five (5) years experience helping individuals navigate challenges and issues that include anxiety, depression, adjustment and phase of life issues, setting healthy boundaries and more. I have experience coordinating services with other providers including prescribers (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners), SUD providers, Case managers, and Social workers, to provide support for the varying needs of clients. I also include Christian values and biblical beliefs to support clients who wish for such inclusion in their treatment. Treatment plans are a collaborative work with clients to help them work through presenting symptoms/issues.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is my primary treatment approach and I also integrate other treatment modalities as needed to achieve holistic result.

I believe that counseling room is a sacred space for individuals to share and find solutions to their concerns, challenges, trauma, and struggles hence, I do not take such sacred space and privilege lightly or for granted.

I am deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy, and I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and lifestyles from young adults and up. If you're ready to start your journey in therapy to work toward your personal growth and well-being, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

I look forward to speaking with you to discuss your goals and needs for therapy and find a time to work together in helping you achieve those goals. I'm more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and I look forward to connecting with you! :)

Other important facts about me is that, I enjoy family time and fellowship with church community and friends when not working. I also enjoy other fun things of life.

My approach to therapy

Main treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However I do integrate other treatment modalities as may be needed to meet individuals unique presenting symptoms/problems.

What you can expect from me

Often, clients can expect a warm, compassionate and empathetic first session, a getting to know each other, giving them the time to share at their space and providing support to resolve immediate, urgent or emergent issues within the scope of my training as well as providing referrals as needed or dim fit.
