Great to meet you!

My name is Durell Snow. I am a Licensed Therapist, licensed in Connecticut. I obtained my bachelors degree from Fairfield University, and later, enrolled at Southern CT State University, where I earned my Masters in Social Work. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, as well as trauma processing, interpersonal and relationship issues, and general life and occupational stress. I received my graduate training working with men of color around emotion regulation, racial issues/oppression and relationship skill building. I have worked with the veteran population over the past three years.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, safe, judgment free environment to discuss some of the most sensitive areas in a client's life. I provide a trauma informed, client-centered approach to therapy. I understand that every individual has a unique story worth telling, and I like to honor that by going at the client's pace.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, clients can expect to have a thorough assessment of their needs, goals and expectations for therapy. I keep an open, inquisitive mind on what brings the client to therapy and how they foresee me helping them reach their goals on their healing journey.
