Great to meet you!

I’m an LCSW with an MBA, specializing in helping professionals navigate career stress, burnout, work-life balance, interpersonal challenges, substance use, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. My style is direct, practical, and focused on building real solutions; not just talking in circles. Whether you're facing career transitions, relationship issues, or personal growth challenges, I’ll help you cut through the noise and focus on what actually moves you forward. If you’re looking for clear, honest support with a focus on meaningful change, we’ll work well together.

My approach to therapy

I work from a foundation of cognitive behavioral therapy, helping clients identify and challenge the patterns of thought and internal narratives that keep them stuck. My focus is often on the way relationships-both personal and professional-reinforce these patterns, and how shifting interactions can create meaningful change. Sessions are direct, collaborative, and centered on building insight that leads to action. Together, we’ll focus on untangling what’s not working and creating practical, sustainable shifts in thinking, relating, and decision-making.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a structured, goal-oriented environment where we focus on both insight and action. Sessions are collaborative and practical, with clear takeaways designed to apply directly to your life. I often assign homework that leverages the systems around you-work, relationships, routines-to help gain fresh perspectives and challenge stuck patterns. You’ll also build internal self-awareness, learning to track distortions, question assumptions, and seek out evidence that challenges limiting beliefs. The ultimate goal is helping you see yourself and your challenges more clearly, so you can make real, lasting change.
