Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep commitment to fostering healing and growth, I utilize evidence-based approaches to support individuals on their journey toward well-being. My practice is rooted in mindfulness, where clients learn to stay grounded in the present, fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation. I believe that a clear understanding of one’s core values and beliefs is essential for setting meaningful life goals and overcoming obstacles.

My approach to therapy

Specializing in trauma-focused, I help clients, including LGBTQ individuals, heal from past traumas in a safe, sex-positive, supportive environment. Using attachment theory, I help clients understand how early relationships affect emotional patterns and guide them in reshaping their relationships and building healthier, secure attachments.

What you can expect from me

It can be overwhelming to find the right therapist for you. You’ve probably searched through hundreds of profiles to get here. So, let's take that next step together. Contact me to discuss if working together may be a good fit and how we can promote healing and affirming care in your life.
