Great to meet you!

I believe healing and hope are available in every season of life—from adolescence to the empty nest. After 15 years in global non-profit work, I earned an M.A. in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. I bring a deep understanding of life transitions, spiritual issues, and vocational challenges. Outside the office, I’m a father, runner, sports fan, and local foodie.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to your specific goals. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel seen and heard. I specialize in guiding individuals through grief, trauma, major life changes, faith questions, and vocational stress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session focuses on trust, connection, and understanding your story. We’ll go at your pace to discuss what brought you in and outline a thoughtful, personalized path forward. You don't need all the answers before we begin.
