I’ve been a therapist for about 15 years. I’ve worked in several areas including residential treatment and outpatient therapy.

My experiences with mental health challenges and helping others go back far further than my professional work.

I've worked with a wide variety of people and try to help them use their strengths, beliefs and culture to improve their lives.

I use a mix of a few therapy approaches with strong research behind them. I try to keep things fun when we can and also work with people on some very hard things in life.

A typical session includes listening, some humor, some skill or concept that helps people function and homework to try it out and apply it to your life.
