Great to meet you!

As a therapist, you will get the same genuine person I am with my partner and friends. It is my goal to create an informal atmosphere where you feel comfortable enough to become your authentic self. Post graduation from the University of Alabama, I have worked in every level of care from residential programs to outpatient therapy. I utilize evidence-based CBT mental health practices to create a treatment plan unique to your goals.

My approach to therapy

Nobody is more of an expert on your struggles than you. You already know the critical and negative self-talk holding you back. During our sessions, we will work together to master techniques needed to manage your thoughts and symptoms.

What you can expect from me

In working together, I will help empower you with insight, accountability and strategies you need to live life to your standards.
