Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinician with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Chico. My background spans forensic psychology, severe mental illness, and addiction treatment, giving me a deep understanding of the complex emotional and behavioral patterns people struggle with. I’ve spent my career supporting individuals facing significant life challenges, with specialized training in treating addictions and co‐occurring disorders.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to helping clients reconnect with their inner peace, strengthen their resilience, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life. I approach therapy with clarity, compassion, and a belief in each person’s capacity for meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I blend evidence‐based modalities — including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Psychoanalytic insight — to create a personalized path forward for each client. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way of your emotional well‐being and build practical, solution‐focused strategies to help you move toward the life you want.

Clients often come to me when they’re tired of feeling anxious, frustrated, or stuck in the same cycles. In our sessions, you can expect honesty, compassion, and a safe space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. My goal is to help you develop greater self‐awareness, strengthen resilience, and gain the tools you need to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and clarify the goals that matter most to you. I’ll learn about your background and current challenges so I can create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. This is also your opportunity to ask questions, share any concerns, and get a sense of my therapeutic style to ensure our work together feels like the right fit.
