Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dvorah, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I work with individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—I’ll help you understand what’s going on while giving you tools you can actually use in your daily life. I specialize in anxiety, relationships, depression, stress, family conflict, and life transitions, and I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, Attachment theory, and Gottman therapy. My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to be yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work closely with you to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface while helping you make changes you can actually apply in your daily life. I focus on areas like anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and feeling stuck in patterns that aren’t working anymore. I draw from approaches like CBT, ACT, Attachment theory, and Gottman therapy, but I always tailor our work to fit you. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and more confident moving forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive space where we start getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been going through, and what you’d like to change. We’ll begin identifying goals together and talk about what working together could look like. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—I’ll guide the conversation and meet you where you are. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, understood, and hopeful about the process.
