Great to meet you!

I earned my Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology and specialize in helping those who are seeking to learn new ways of managing their traumas by assisting those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, boundary setting, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and family/relationship conflict.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach to mental health care and incorporate various therapeutic modalities as appropriate, depending on your needs. I hope to give clients tangible skills to work toward their goals and create real change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

I understand that the journey of therapy is an individual one and also understand the importance of caring for the whole person. You can expect to learn how to see a new perspective on life's difficulties and hopefully, with this a new perspective, a new way to approach things in a more reasonable way.
