Great to meet you!

When health challenges, addiction, grief, or the stress of caring for everyone else begin to feel overwhelming, it can be difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults and seniors navigating substance use concerns, eating disorders, women's issues, stress management challenges, and chronic health conditions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling to adjust to changing circumstances, or trying to make sense of losses and life transitions that have left them feeling stuck. Whether you're coping with a chronic illness, navigating grief, recovering from addiction, or facing challenges that have affected your physical and emotional wellbeing, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, find clarity, and move forward with greater resilience and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe people already possess many of the answers they are searching for, even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. My approach is warm, holistic, and insight oriented, creating a space where clients can explore what is weighing them down while rediscovering the strengths that support healing and growth. I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients create meaningful change. Together, we may explore substance use recovery, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, physical health concerns, stress management, women's issues, and the emotional impact of chronic illness. Therapy is tailored to your goals and focused on helping you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change that supports both emotional and physical wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative, and empowering environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where we can openly discuss what you're hoping for and determine how therapy can best support your goals. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, greater self awareness, increased resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. Whether you're navigating chronic health challenges, recovering from addiction, coping with grief, or managing stress, my goal is to help you feel more confident, hopeful, and equipped to move forward with clarity and purpose.
