Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dwuan Wilson. I’m here to create a space where you can be real, feel heard, and not judged. My approach is simple I listen, support you, and help you work through whatever you’re dealing with at your own pace. I’ll also be honest with you when needed, because growth comes from understanding yourself. My goal is to help you leave each session with something you can actually use in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, honest, and focused on helping you make real-life changes. I create a space where you can be open and feel comfortable being yourself, while also working through challenges in a way that makes sense for you. I use a mix of approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and emotional regulation strategies to help you understand your thoughts, manage your emotions, and improve how you respond to situations.

I work a lot with individuals dealing with stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I’ll support you, but I’ll also challenge you when needed so you can grow and see things from a different perspective. My goal is to help you build practical skills, improve communication, and leave each session with tools you can actually use in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we focus on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been on your mind, and what you’d like to work on moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—you can go at your own pace.

I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your background, your current challenges, and what support looks like for you. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer direction on how I can support you and start building a plan that works for you.
