Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m Dyana, a licensed clinical social worker, and I believe therapy should be a place where you can be fully yourself—without judgment, without having to pretend everything is okay, and without being told only what you want to hear. Reaching out for therapy takes courage. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or a major life transition, you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while we work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes therapy means looking honestly at difficult patterns, setting healthier boundaries, letting go of what we cannot control, or making uncomfortable changes. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma focused and solution focused.

What you can expect from me

I tailor to your individual experiences, strengths, values, and goals. Therapy isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about being more honest with yourself, understanding what is within your control, learning healthier ways to respond, and making choices that support the life you want to build. If you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
