My name is Dyelicia Vasquez. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. I am passionate about obtaining good mental health.

I approach therapy utilizing a strength-based perspective. I focus on helping individuals process their mental health concerns in a nonjudgmental and safe space. I am skilled with working with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, stress management, grief, and trauma related issues.

I strive to ensure individuals working with me find a good rhythm in their daily life to be productive and happy. I feel it is important to understand our purpose in life and even when we lose sight of it, we have the coping skills and tools to find or redefine our purpose to be the best version of ourselves.
