Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have worked with children, teens, adults and families to provide support in all areas of life. While finding help with the stressors of life can be stressful itself, You are here and that is a HUGE step towards being your best self. I have 6 years of experience as a School Social Worker, School Counselor, and Therapist providing support to people to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

My approach to therapy

I view the therapeutic journey kind of like a cross country road trip, and I am here as your passenger with a map, snacks, and music, while YOU are in the drivers seat. This journey is an opportunity to work together in a judgement free zone to get to our destination (your goals for yourself) and it is my joy to work hard to support you in all areas to get to that destination. At the core of the therapeutic relationship you deserve to feel respected and welcomed, and communication is key to make that happen.

What you can expect from me

Ultimately, you are the expert in you, so I like to start with an introductory session where you can tell me about yourself, your story, and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. I work hard to create a welcoming, warm environment that gives you the chance to feel comfortable with being open, but also feel secure and supported.
