Great to meet you!

As a doctorally prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I believe that mental health, physical health, and overall well-being are closely intertwined. Taking the first step towards better mental health can be daunting, but you have taken it! I look forward to meeting you!

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to mental health and want to know what is most important for you in this journey we take together. Everyone brings a unique experience, and therefore every treatment path is individualized. Collaboration is key, and I want to ensure your path to success fits your needs.

What you can expect from me

In the initial session, you will have the opportunity to tell me your story and what has led you to seek help today. This is also a chance to discuss what is most distressing and creating a negative impact in your life, along with your outcome goals. I like to set up 2-3 follow-up sessions (1 per week) to form a collaborative plan, as this can take some time. I strive to ensure you feel safe, secure, and confident moving forward as a team.
