Great to meet you!

If you think deeply, feel things fully, and still find yourself circling the same struggles, we'll probably work well together. My clients are often capable, thoughtful people — the kind who function well on the outside but know something underneath is asking for attention. I'm here as a steady presence on your side: someone who listens closely, asks the questions that get to the heart of it, and offers real tools and perspective to help you move through your life differently. This is deeper than advice — it's the kind of work that changes how you relate to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I'm a strong believer in helping you help yourself. My goal isn't to keep you in therapy forever — it's to give you portable, practical tools you can carry long after our work ends. I draw on CBT, mindfulness, and depth-oriented approaches, but I shape the method around you rather than forcing you into a formula. Expect genuine warmth alongside honest, focused conversation: I'll meet you where you are, and I'll challenge you when it serves you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is relaxed but focused — a chance to get to know each other, understand what's bringing you in right now, and start charting where you want to go. From there, we'll find a rhythm that fits your life. Many of my clients meet weekly, which gives the work the continuity it needs to go somewhere real. You can count on me to show up consistently, track what matters to you, and hold a space where you can think out loud, be honest, and feel genuinely understood.
