Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed in a crisis, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or wanting more intimacy and sexual connection without judgment, I can help.

I also work with anxiety, depression, grief, and the many ways these struggles often overlap. Every person is unique, and the issues that bring someone to therapy are rarely isolated , they’re usually connected in ways that become clearer once we start talking.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience. I work especially well with intelligent, driven adults who are used to relying on their mind and willpower to keep life moving. On the outside things may look successful, but inside they often feel disconnected or stuck. I help them change their relationship with their feelings so those emotions stop getting in the way and start becoming useful information. My style is steady, practical, and collaborative. I stay grounded when things feel intense and help you move toward real relief and clearer connection.

My approach to therapy

I start by creating a space where you feel genuinely heard and accepted without judgment. From there I stay practical and collaborative. I help you look underneath the surface issues so we can address what’s really driving the problem, not just manage the symptoms. I’m patient, but I’m also direct when it helps us move forward. My goal is to help you make sense of your experience, change your relationship with your emotions, and use that understanding to create real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session the main goal is simply connecting so you feel heard and understood. We’ll slow things down and talk about what’s bringing you in, whether that’s a crisis, relationship conflict, intimacy concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, or that sense that something important is missing even though life looks functional on the outside. I’ll also explain how therapy actually works and why certain approaches are useful, so we’re both clear on the process. I don’t just treat symptoms, I focus on the underlying issues and push toward real change. Critical thinkers, high achievers and driven people usually appreciate this direct approach and are ready for it. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of the path ahead and practical next steps. No pressure, just a solid start.
