Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges related to substance use, anxiety, self-esteem, chronic pain, and life transitions. I’ve had the opportunity to work with young adults, adults, families, and groups across a wide range of treatment settings, from inpatient care to outpatient programs.

I’m especially passionate about supporting people across the full spectrum of substance use—from those just starting to ask questions about their relationship with substances to those in long-term recovery. I also enjoy working with loved ones affected by addiction, offering education, support, and space to process their own experience.

My approach to therapy

I take a creative and mindfulness based approach to therapy. I strive to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where my clients can explore what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift in order to live with more clarity, confidence, and connection. Utilizing a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I will help you make changes and start taking action in alignment with your values.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help my clients connect with the best version of themselves by deepening insight into patterns, building the willingness to change what’s no longer serving them, and making space for growth. In our work together, we’ll sit with uncomfortable emotions, build resilience and self-awareness, and explore the beliefs and habits that might be holding you back. Therapy is a space to better understand your emotional experience and begin shifting toward the life you want to create.
