Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting people who are ready to dig into the roots of their behavior and shift long‐standing patterns. Together, we’ll look at what feels stuck, why it’s been hanging on, and how you can move toward something different. I’m trained in EMDR and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and I often bring in CBT and DBT skills to help you feel more grounded and steady in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My style is both compassionate and direct. I honor your expertise in your own life, and I also take an active role in pointing out what might be getting overlooked. I’ll challenge you when it supports your growth. I’m down‐to‐earth, adaptable, and deeply committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship—because that connection is central to meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

When we meet for the first time, you can expect me to show up with curiosity and compassion. I want to hear what’s going on for you—what feels messy, stressful, or tough to sort through. Once we get a sense of what’s not working, we’ll team up to figure out where you want to go and map out a path that feels doable and supportive.
