Great to meet you!

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your experiences. My goal is to help you feel empowered, build insight, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, incorporating techniques from CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions, or past experiences, I will meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I believe that healing happens in a safe and supportive environment, so I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected.

I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we will work on developing practical coping strategies, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and welcoming space where we will begin getting to know each other. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, any concerns you may have, and what you are hoping to gain from the process.

You are not expected to share everything right away—this is your space, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will also ask some questions to better understand your background and current needs so we can begin identifying goals for therapy. My priority is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
