Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist and intuitive healer who helps clients reconnect with themselves and reclaim their peace. My background blends traditional clinical training with holistic practices like reiki energy work, somatic practices and mindfulness, allowing me to meet clients where they are- mind, body, and spirit.

I specialize in supporting people who’ve carried too much for too long — those navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or complex family dynamics. My approach is real, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level advice; I believe in helping you understand your story, heal old wounds, and move forward feeling grounded, confident, and aligned.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, intuitive, and practical. We’ll work together to unpack what’s been weighing you down, reconnect you to your voice, and build tools that actually fit your real life. My style is warm but direct — I’ll hold space for your emotions, but I’ll also gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness-based therapy while weaving in trauma-informed, somatic, and holistic techniques when helpful. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling seen, understood, and equipped with clarity — not just emotionally lighter, but more rooted in who you are becoming.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to get to know you — who you are, what’s been happening, and what you’re carrying. I take time to understand your story and what’s shaped you so far. There’s no pressure to have the right words or know where to start - that’s my job.

My focus is on creating a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and understood. We build a real relationship first, because that’s what makes the deeper work possible. By the end of the session, my goal is that you feel like you can be honest here — that this is a place where you don’t have to hold back or hold everything together.
