Great to meet you!

I am a neurodivergent, queer trans, nonbinary, polyamorous, artist who takes true joy in helping folks find their most authentic selves inside and outside of the counseling space. I specialize in working with queer, trans, and neurodivergent populations.

My approach to therapy

I understand that this world has so many spaces rife with expectations, spoken and unspoken. I strive to create a space where folks don’t need to be worried about showing up “wrong”; a space where folks can be confident that all aspects of themselves are wanted and supported as they work towards their goals.

There is nothing wrong with the way you could authentically show up. I am excited to meet you and support you as you find your most authentic self, wherever you’re at in that process.

What you can expect from me

In a first session with me, we will explore your goals for therapy, discuss past therapeutic environments and what was (or was not) effective about them, and share your values and anything else that would be important for me to know to understand your authentic self. Once we know what you want to work on, we can collaboratively create a treatment plan to help you meet your goals!
