Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Eanah, and I am a licensed and board certified clinical psychologist. I’ve spent the past 15 years helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions with a special focus on building resilience, self-awareness, and healing after difficult experiences.

Before entering private practice, I served for 12 years as an active-duty psychologist in the U.S. Air Force, where I provided therapy, crisis intervention, and psychological assessment for individuals and families facing intense stress and loss. That experience deepened my belief that healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

In therapy, my style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches and trauma-informed care. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, or simply feeling stuck.

My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and equipped to move toward greater peace, balance, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in collaboration, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, one where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way of the life you want and build practical strategies for change and healing.

I draw from evidence-based modalities and my style is integrative, meaning I adapt to your needs. Sometimes that means structured skill-building, and other times it’s about slowing down to process emotions, grief, or life transitions.

I bring warmth, directness, and compassion to each session, always with the goal of helping you strengthen self-awareness, manage stress, and reconnect with what gives your life meaning. I believe growth happens when we balance understanding the past with taking courageous steps toward the future, and I’m here to support you in doing both.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by getting to know each other and setting the foundation for our work together. I’ll start with a structured intake process and diagnostic assessment to better understand your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This allows me to tailor treatment to your specific needs and ensure you feel seen as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.

You can expect a thoughtful balance of conversation and structure. We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy, what’s been most difficult, and what you hope to change or better understand. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.

Most importantly, the first session is about building comfort and trust, creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can start to explore what healing and growth might look like for you.
