Great to meet you!
I believe mental health care should be personal, collaborative, and focused on the whole person—not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about your care.
As a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with advanced training in integrative and functional psychiatry, I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with a broader exploration of factors that may influence mental health. This can include medical history, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, stress, genetics, medication response, and other biological or environmental contributors.
I believe you should have choices in your treatment. Medication may be an important part of care, but it is not automatically the only answer. Together, we will look at the bigger picture, discuss your options, and develop an individualized plan that makes sense for you and your goals.
