Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm Glad You're Here

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University, specializing in clinical practice. I’ve also pursued additional training in trauma studies at Springfield College, which deepened my commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments.

My work is driven by a genuine passion to serve, educate, empower, and connect. I believe that healing is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you—helping you feel supported, understood, and equipped to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults and families who are navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, and parenting. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, I’m here to support you.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, all through a trauma-informed lens. I believe that healing happens through understanding, connection, and practical strategies.

Together, we’ll explore how your current experiences and family dynamics are affecting your well-being, and collaborate to develop tools that empower you to manage symptoms, build resilience, and move forward with purpose.

What you can expect from me

Let’s Take the Next Step Together

Taking the first step toward therapy—or continuing the journey—can feel overwhelming. But now that you're here, you're not alone. My goal is to work alongside you to help you gain the tools, insight, and confidence you need to effectively manage your mental health and create lasting change.

Together, we’ll build a supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with clarity and strength. Whether you're just beginning or picking up where you left off, I'm here to help you take that next step.
