Great to meet you!
Why do I feel like this? What should I do?
These are often the quiet, persistent questions that bring people to therapy. Life’s challenges can make it hard to see a path forward, but I deeply believe that a way forward exists. Even in the midst of struggle, you can find clarity, strength, and purpose. There is power in discovering who you are, and therapy can be a space where that discovery unfolds with compassion and intention.
I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Barry University. My clinical experience spans over 15 years and includes working with adolescents and adults across residential, school-based, nonprofit, and private practice outpatient settings.
In therapy, my role is to walk alongside you, not as an expert telling you what to do, but as someone who will support and challenge you in ways that feel collaborative, empowering, and grounded in your strengths.
My approach is insight-oriented, affirming, and attuned to the deeper layers of identity, emotion, and meaning. Together, we can explore what it means to live a life that is aligned with what you truly value.
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” Viktor Frankl
Therapy is one place where that change, that transformation, begins.
