Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia or any other mood alterations? I received a BSN and master's degrees from Saint Louis University, a post-master degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from University of Cincinnati. I believe that my dual certification puts me in a unique position to provide highly specialized, patient-centered holistic care that takes into consideration, the patient's physical ailments.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to foster a partnership with my clients on their goals for improving their mental health. I believe that clients should be active participants in the determination of their treatment goals and plan of care. I am dedicated to providing evidence-based care that takes into account the client's values, beliefs, experiences and preferences.

What you can expect from me

Clients deserve a non-judgmental, HIPAA-compliant arena to discuss their mental health challenges. You will be met with compassion! I offer evaluations and medication management for clients 18 yrs and above. Each session lasts 60 mins for new clients and 30 mins for follow- ups. Access to a blood pressure machine and a bathroom scale is strongly encouraged
