Great to meet you!
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, struggling to understand yourself, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together. My approach to therapy is warm, honest, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be your full self, without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to “get it right. I won’t pretend to have all the answers, and I don’t believe therapy is about me telling you what to do. Instead, I want to understand your world, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work alongside you as you discover what you need to heal.
As a LMFT I naturally think about the relationships and experiences that have shaped you. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as relationship difficulties, marital issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and the complicated emotions that can come with feeling stuck or uncertain about what’s next.
I believe therapy is about relationship. I want you to feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for in our work together. My hope is that over time, you leave our sessions not only with a better understanding of yourself and your relationships, but also with a greater sense of confidence in your ability to navigate whatever life brings next.
