My background enables me to be a social worker who is comfortable counseling persons with a multitude of mental health disorders. I have vast experience counseling clients with chronic mental illness to include: Schizophrenia, Bi Polar Disorder, Personality Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, and Substance Abuse. Specializing in adolescent and young adults with transitions of life, anxiety, depression, self harming behaviors, and/or suicidal ideation.
Healing and recovery is a collaborative effort that requires honest conversations with no judgment. To create a personalized approach for each individual and situation; I supportively assist individuals in clarifying goals for treatment drawing from a variety of methodologies.
