Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Eboni, and I believe in holistic healing and how that supports the whole person: mind, body, and lived experiences. I work with adults who are navigating ADHD, stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the lingering effects of past hurt. My work emphasizes nervous system regulation and practical coping strategies to help clients feel more balanced, grounded, and confident in their daily lives.

With a background in school counseling, my style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I do not provide care for intensive or crisis-level trauma. I strive to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.

If you’re seeking a place to slow down, reconnect, and build tools that support real-life change, I’m here when you’re ready.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I use a trauma-informed perspective that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership where you can slow down, explore what you’re carrying, and learn tools that bring more balance and clarity into your life. I support clients navigating stress, anxiety, ADHD symptoms, and the effects of past hurt, while keeping our work grounded, empowering, and focused on real-life growth. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and create tools that fit your everyday life.

My work is grounded in nervous system regulation and somatic-informed strategies, which can be especially helpful for adults experiencing ADHD-related overwhelm and emotional dysregulation.

What you can expect from me

Our first session gives us space to slow down, talk about what you’ve been carrying, and understand what you’re seeking from therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your needs, your strengths, and the patterns that may be affecting your daily life. You can expect a calm, supportive environment where you’re free to show up as you are; no pressure, no judgment. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that supports your mind and body, so you leave the session feeling heard, grounded, and hopeful about our next steps.
