Great to meet you!

I am Dr. Ebonie S. Davis, Ed.D., LPC, NCC, a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a decade of experience supporting adolescents and young adults through emotional and academic challenges. My counseling philosophy centers on the belief that when individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered, meaningful healing and growth can occur. I use a holistic, strengths-based approach that integrates humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused methods to address each client’s unique circumstances.

My approach to therapy

I focus on understanding the whole person—their relationships, environment, and values—while helping them build resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you have the opportunity to share your story at your own pace. I will spend time getting to know you—your experiences, current challenges, strengths, and the goals you hope to work toward in counseling. Together, we will begin exploring the areas of your life that matter most, including relationships, environment, and emotional well-being. I also use this time to answer any questions you may have about the counseling process and to discuss what support might look like moving forward. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and comfortable as we begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. By the end of the session, we will start identifying meaningful goals and outline how we can work together to support your growth and resilience.
