Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and emotional dysregulation. I use evidence-based approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build effective coping skills, and improve overall functioning.

My approach to therapy

Many of the people I work with are used to carrying a lot—emotionally, mentally, and even for others. They often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand but want to change.

In therapy, we slow things down and make sense of what’s underneath those experiences. As stated above, I use a CBT-based approach while also helping you explore the deeper emotional patterns that impact your relationships, self-worth, and reactions. Together, we work on building awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier ways of responding—so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable opening up about what’s been on your mind. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re ready to—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out.

I’ll also ask questions to get a better understanding of your background, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. This allows us to begin developing a plan that feels aligned with your needs and goals.
