Great to meet you!

When emotional pain, relationship struggles, or unhealthy patterns begin affecting your daily life, it can feel exhausting trying to manage everything on your own. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, relationship issues, and anger management challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, frustrated by recurring challenges, or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether you're working through emotional pain, struggling with relationship difficulties, navigating addiction, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and aligned with the future you want for yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when people gain insight into what is working, what is no longer serving them, and what steps can help them move forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering, creating a space where clients can openly explore challenges while developing practical tools that support lasting growth. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to support meaningful change and emotional wellbeing. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, substance use recovery, relationship concerns, anger management, bipolar disorder, family issues, stress management, women's issues, identity concerns, trauma, and PTSD. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen self awareness, improve relationships, build confidence, and develop healthier patterns that support long term success.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and discussing difficult topics openly. I strive to create a space where we can work together to identify meaningful goals, strengthen your confidence, and create lasting change. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, increased self awareness, and greater resilience. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, or emotional pain, my goal is to help you feel more capable, balanced, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
