Ebony Edouard

I’m Ebony Edouard, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care. My background in both psychiatric and primary care allows me to consider the connection between emotional and physical well-being. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their treatment.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered around each client’s individual needs and goals. I believe effective mental health care begins with listening and creating a space where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns without judgment. Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, supportive interventions, and lifestyle strategies. I encourage clients to be active participants in decisions about their care.

During your first session, we will take time to discuss your current concerns, mental health and medical history, previous treatments, and what you hope to achieve through care. I strive to create a welcoming, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and asking questions. Together, we will identify your priorities and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps in your care.
