When I am not working, I focus on my personal health goals to live a healthier life, which includes meal prepping, researching food ingredients, and exercising.

My favorite thing to do is exercise. Visiting the gym and parks are part of my weekly routine. These activities are planned within my schedule as they are vital to my self-care regimen. In addition, I enjoy watching movies on Netflix and spending time with family and friends. I am a social butterfly that loves music and dancing.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal goals through an empowering and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected as we work together toward healing and growth. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I am also EMDR certified, which allows me to support clients in processing distressing experiences and building emotional resilience through evidence-based trauma work.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling more supported and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help you build insight into your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also developing healthy coping strategies that align with your personal goals.
