Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Atlanta, Georgia, originally from Houston, Texas. I’ve been fully licensed since 2018, with clinical experience beginning in 2012. My early training focused on adolescents and families impacted by alcohol and substance abuse, but over time, I found that my most meaningful work happens with adults navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I create a relaxed space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Clients often describe our sessions as both grounding and freeing—they feel heard, challenged when necessary, and supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with who you are, build emotional resilience, and gain clarity in the areas that matter most. My goal is to walk alongside you as you develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional peace.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to support you.
