Great to meet you!

I’m a creative and curious therapist who believes healing doesn’t have to be a straight line. I work alongside my clients to explore what’s not working, challenge old ways of thinking, and find new paths forward. Together, we take the broken, messy parts of life and start reshaping them into something whole—something meaningful. Kind of like turning life’s rough drafts into art.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes life can feel like being stranded on a deserted island—overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure of what to do next. My approach to therapy is about teaming up to make sense of where you are, using the emotional tools, inner strength, and resilience you already have (even if you don’t see them yet). Whether you’re navigating this alone, with a partner, or as a family, we work together to build a way forward—one step, one signal fire, one raft at a time.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to leave with a basket of thoughtful takeaways—ideas to chew on, new perspectives to explore, and deeper questions to sit with. Alongside that, you'll gain practical tools and strategies you can use in real life—things to practice, strengthen, and return to when things feel tough. Whether you're an individual, couple, or family, each session is meant to bring you one step closer to healing, growth, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
