Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Ebony Peterson, a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I help individuals with mental health symptoms manage their symptoms in order to live fuller and more productively. I utilize an integrative approach that focuses on the mind, body and soul to teach each individual how to develop a stronger and improved relationship with themself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a relational-based prescriber. I use a conversational style approach to help you feel comfortable and at ease. My communication skills are beneficial for you because I help you to understand your symptoms and the course of treatment we are embarking on.

What you can expect from our first session

Do you often feel anxious, sad and/or struggle to feel happy even when everything is going well in life? Are you struggling to identify reasons to be kind to yourself and your thoughts tend to be negative? If this is you, we can work together to create a plan to help you get back on track in life. A plan to help you feel less anxious, depressed, lonely and to reduce the fatigue from the struggles you experience. I am here with you!
