Ebony Phillips

Hello, I'm happy you made it here. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with experience working in higher levels of care (PHP/IOP) group, and individual therapy. My main areas of focus is working with adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, as well clients struggling with self compassion and identity. My passions include helping folks that hold marginalized identities (Queer, BIPOC, etc.) as well as supporting individuals with biracial identity development.

I believe in providing an empathetic, curious, and challenging space for adults to learn about themselves and grow. My aim in therapy is to help clients understand how past experiences have shaped their present and how to let go of what is no longer effective. I invite humor, pop culture references and movie quotes along for the ride.

During our initial session, I like to take the time to hear about your expectations, history with mental health, and what brings you to therapy. As we build rapport with the following sessions, we can explore goals for treatment.
