Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ebony Wright, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Founder of R.I.S.E. Counseling & Consulting Services. I work with adult women who are navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional weight that comes with balancing many roles.

I have experience providing outpatient therapy and clinical supervision, and my work is informed by evidence-based practices while remaining flexible and human-centered. I aim to create a calm, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported at your own pace.

If you’re looking for therapy that feels grounded, compassionate, and intentional, I would be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you don’t need to be “fixed”—you deserve space to pause, reflect, and be supported. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or emotionally exhausted from always being the strong one. Together, we focus on creating clarity, building practical coping strategies, and helping you reconnect with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to slow things down and begin getting to know each other. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready for. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable showing up just as you are.

During our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what support might look like for you right now. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but the conversation is guided by your comfort level and pace.

Together, we’ll begin identifying initial goals—whether that’s managing stress or anxiety, improving emotional awareness, processing life transitions, or simply creating space for you to breathe and reflect. You can expect a calm, non-judgmental environment focused on clarity, collaboration, and support rather than pressure or quick fixes.

By the end of the session, many clients leave with a clearer sense of direction, a better understanding of how therapy can support them, and reassurance that they don’t have to navigate things alone.
