Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ebunoluwa Orimoloye, a licensed therapist and Nigerian immigrant passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys. I specialize in helping individuals work through anxiety, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, and issues related to self-worth, identity, and spiritual disconnection.

I earned my clinical training from Boston University, and my approach is both compassionate and evidence-based. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, mindfulness, and inner child work, while honoring the impact of culture, faith, and generational experiences. I also welcome clients who wish to integrate spirituality or Christian faith into their therapy process.

As someone who deeply understands the complexities of navigating identity, generational patterns, and emotional healing, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered to grow. Whether you're exploring how past experiences are impacting your present or working toward building healthier relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you.

If you're ready to begin (or continue) your healing journey, I would be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and structured to meet you where you are. I specialize in working with clients navigating OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment issues, and perfectionism, using evidence-based modalities such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also offer faith-based therapy for clients who want to integrate their Christian beliefs into the healing process.

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. While I bring clinical tools and training, you bring lived experience and insight. Together, we’ll work to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience. I also place a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation and attachment healing, particularly for clients processing childhood trauma or navigating difficult relationships.

For clients experiencing crises of faith, spiritual doubt, or wrestling with life’s deeper questions, I provide a safe, judgment-free space to explore and process. Whether you're feeling distant from God, facing major life transitions, or trying to make sense of pain and purpose, we can walk through it together.

My goal is to support you in integrating emotional wellness, spiritual growth, and personal empowerment—so you can move from surviving to thriving, with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, my goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported while also feeling gently challenged to grow. I aim to create an environment that is compassionate, culturally responsive, spiritually sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based care.

Clients typically leave sessions with practical tools for managing anxiety, setting boundaries, improving emotional regulation, and building self-awareness. My hope is that therapy not only brings clarity and healing, but also strengthens your confidence to make values-aligned decisions in your daily life.

I also support clients in developing self-compassion, improving communication and conflict resolution skills, and deepening their ability to tolerate emotional discomfort—especially in the face of perfectionism, uncertainty, or relational triggers.

Together, we work toward outcomes like increased emotional resilience, healthier relationships, spiritual integration, and a restored sense of identity and peace.
