Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m E. C. Kissner — and if you’re someone who feels accomplished on the outside but stretched thin on the inside, you’re in the right place. Many of the people I work with are navigating burnout, transitions, stress, uncertainty about next steps, or a sense that life’s moving faster than they can keep up with. You want clarity, balance, and a way to turn insight into real-world change, and you want a space that meets you where you are — respectful of your identity, your experiences, and your goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe self-understanding and growth should feel creative, safe, and collaborative. Clients describe me as warm, curious, and supportive — someone who helps them make sense of their inner world while staying grounded in tangible steps forward. Together, we’ll explore what’s been hard and build skills, priorities, and ways of coping that feel real and useful in daily life. I blend creative expression with practical support and focus on your story, not your label.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you in and what you hope to feel or accomplish in therapy. You’ll have space to share your story and be heard without judgment. From there, we can start shaping a plan that feels right for you — one that honors your strengths and supports you where things feel stuck, restless, or unclear. Over time, many people say they feel more grounded, better able to navigate stress and change, and more connected to their own priorities and resilience.
