Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, family conflict, or overwhelming emotions begin affecting your daily life, it can feel difficult to know where to turn for support. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, family issues, anger management challenges, and PTSD. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling in important relationships, carrying the weight of difficult experiences, or feeling frustrated by reactions and behaviors they want to change. Whether you're navigating family conflict, emotional overwhelm, trauma, stress, or challenges that are affecting your confidence and wellbeing, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity and begin creating meaningful change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful growth begins with understanding the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that influence how we navigate life's challenges. My approach is collaborative, practical, and solution focused, helping clients identify barriers that may be keeping them stuck while developing tools that support long term success. I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic Therapy, and Positive Psychology approaches to support lasting growth and healing. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, family concerns, anger management, PTSD, men's issues, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Therapy is tailored to your unique goals while helping you strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build self awareness, and create healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where honest conversations lead to greater insight, emotional growth, and meaningful progress. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, improved emotional regulation, stronger relationships, greater confidence, and increased resilience. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, family challenges, trauma, anger management concerns, or major life stressors, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, capable, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and confidence.
