Great to meet you!

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

My approach to therapy

I have a degree in Clinical Psychology and I have been in private practice for over 20 years. I am interactive with my clients and individualize my approach with each person or couple I work with. I am open-minded and non-judgmental. I aspire to convey a warmth and to offer an experience of professional support.

What you can expect from me

I want our first meeting to be an easy get acquainted session. An opportunity to share what's on your mind. I want to hear your story. We'll talk with one another about what you would like to get out of therapy.
