Great to meet you!

I'm an independently licensed psychotherapist. My training includes the Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work, the Psychoanalytic Association of New York, and the International Psychotherapy Institute. I am passionate about creating a nonjudgmental, collaborative space that fosters creativity and emotional growth.

My approach to therapy

Psychotherapy is a transformative experience that creates opportunities to become more expansive and less rigid in how we see the world and ourselves.

What you can expect from me

The first 1-2 sessions with me include a thorough evaluation to learn more about you and what you're looking for from therapy, and ensure that I can be of assistance. Therapy with me is typically weekly, but sometimes I offer an increased frequency, depending on your situation, interest, and needs. I welcome questions about how I work, my experience and qualifications, and anything else you'd like to know.
