Great to meet you!

When something in your life feels heavy — anxiety, stress, a season you can't seem to get out of — it helps to sit with someone who won't be rattled by it. I've spent the last 10 years as a crisis clinician in Riverside County, working alongside first responders and hospitals to help people through their hardest moments. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I bring that same calm, grounded presence to individual therapy — whatever you're carrying, I can sit with it.

My approach to therapy

At my core, I'm a clinician who shows up for people — that doesn't change whether it's a 911 call or a weekly session. I use practical tools from CBT to help you understand the thoughts driving what you feel, and trauma-focused approaches when the past is part of the picture. We'll go at your pace, and I'll always be straight with you.

What you can expect from me

Just a real conversation. I'll ask what's going on and what you'd want to be different — no forms-and-clipboard energy, no pressure to have it all figured out. My job in the first session is to make sure you leave feeling heard and with a sense of whether we're a good fit. Sessions are held online, so we start wherever you're comfortable.
